THE ROLE:Breakdown Rescue Agent
LOCATION: Glasgow City Centre
SALARY: £13,357
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week (various shift patterns available)

THE COMPANY
Our client, are a UK leader in the provision of vehicle breakdown recovery and are currently seeking to expand their team in Glasgow.
THE ROLE
You will be handling inbound calls from existing customers regarding vehicle breakdown recovery requests with a view to arranging recovery as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will accurately process customer information on to the in-house system, offer an efficient and reliable service whilst maintaining a high level of customer focus at all times. You will provide an excellent experience for all customers whilst ensuring compliance with company regulations and guidelines.
EXPERIENCE
Previous customer service experience coupled with the drive to work towards targets is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
