EXPERIENCE
We are looking for cultured, innovative, forward thinking Java Developers/Architects who can display at least 5 major projects developing large scale enterprise / web based applications. You should pride yourself on your ability to think outside of the box and not be afraid to push through new ideas. The role has a business facing aspect, therefore, it would be desirable if applicants could display a level of consultancy experience coupled with first class communication and presentation skills.
THE SKILLS
Are a Must - Java / J2EE, RDBMS, UNIX, OOD, OOP
Would be Nice - Multithreading, JMS, Weblogic JMX, Eclipse, Agile, RUP, XP.
