Job Description
a Glasgow based leading financial institution is currently seeking an UAT Analyst to Manage a team of 4 testers within their Operations Business
As the team lead you will be supporting the current test team, in a variety of projects whilst acting as the touchpoint/escalation point between Operations or IT, recognising and having strength in data capture, reporting, establishing issues and above all being hands in UAT work.
This role is ideal for a strong people manager with project management experience but who has an extensive testing background gained preferably within a Financial Services organisation or having been exposed to a Financial Services organisation in your career.
Communication skills are key to this role in addition to the ability to handle multiple projects. Relevant qualifications would be highly desireable
