Job Description
Position - Customer Sales Executive
Location - Glasgow City Centre
Salary - £14500 rising up to £16500 + Bonus
Hours - Rotational Shift patterns 5 days from 6
Bonus - 25%
I need a fantastic customer sale executive, the type that knows the ins and outs of call ownership and has the ability to handle calls first time without the need to pass on or call back.

Further to my list of requirements above believe it or not we need just a tad more!
2 years customer sales experience - contact centre preferred but not essential however stability in employment is exceptionally important.
5 standard grades at grade 3 / C or above or equivalent with Maths and English included
Computer literate
Ability to work to quality targets
A courteous, tenacious, targeted manner
A willingness to undertake training to enhance and accelerate performance
Excellent communication skills.

The department is split into teams of no more than 10 Customer Sales Associates who are supported by a Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader. The department also has a Department Coach who is responsible for delivering group training and any individual coaching needs to help you achieve your goals and support you during your induction program.
There are no call length targets. Instead you\' ll find the quality product portfolio and unique tailored approach means their customers actually want to talk to you.
You will be offered competitive starting salaries, comprehensive training programmes and regular team and company incentives. If you work in a client-facing role then you also have the potential to earn up to 25% monthly performance bonus. There\' s also a contributory pension scheme.
