Job Description

Our client - a well know power management company - are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Team Member to work within their city centre offices. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to develop you career and hopefully move into a leadership position.

You will be part of the accounts payable team and your responsibilities will include:

Multi currency invoice processing Analyse end to end processes and identify opportunities for improvement Identify and deploy Productivity Savings Ensure data integrity in relation to performance KPI / Metrics Propose & monitor appropriate performance measures for the process team Desire to move into Leadership role Adherence to all SOX requirements. Develop relationships with key internal customers, partners within the process and with other functions and shared service centres

Our ideal candidate will have the follow experience:

At least 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role Business Process Improvement knowledge Customer Focus background, ideally in a shared services environment Strong Communication Skills Intermediate/advanced Excel skills required Knowledge of accounting principles Ability to work within a team environment Ability to manage and prioritise own workload to strict deadlines Languages advantageous
