Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager (8 month contract role) for our client based in Hillington. The salary for this position is up to £28,000 depending on experience.
You will be required to provide leadership. direction and support to team members while the company implements a new system. You will be required to motivate, develop and coach a team of 16 ensuring they achieve high levels of operational performance.
You must have significant experience of managing payroll teams in large organisations Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with very strong capabilities in influencing others Sound organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise Must be able to deliver to tight time scales and be able to work under pressure Strong commercial awareness, understanding of business needs and evidence of customer relationship management. This is a fixed term role for a duration of 6 months
