Job Description

Bupa Wellness are currently seeking an Occupational Health advisor to join our busy team onsite in Erskine. Your role will be to provide a comprehensive and pro-active Occupational Health advice service, promoting the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, and ensure customer compliance to legislation. You will also provide advice to customers on health related issues affecting work. You will develop and lead on safe and competent practice.Onsite facilities include free parking, subsidised restaurant and fitness centre.Key Responsibilities:Work as part of a multi-functional team both internally and externallyWork closely with OH PhysiciansAccurately record and interpret data ensuring that it meets best practice standards to support clients\' decision making.Produce clear and concise reports in a timely mannerPlan and deliver health promotion and health education to clients addressing key lifestyle issues i.e. stress, smoking, weight etcEnsure all Occupational Health services are delivered as defined in Wellness quality standards and the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.Provide clinical support and direction to customers as requiredCarry out Clinical and Risk assessmentsOffer business travel health advice and vaccinationProvide rehabilitation and disability managementSkills & Previous Experience Required:Post registration qualification in OH NursingExperience in an OH settingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)IT SkillsProject Management skillsBupa Wellness is a leading provider in the UK of high quality, added value personal and corporate preventive health services.
