Job Description
An excellent career opportunity has arisen for the position of Home Manager at a super nursing home in Cumbernauld. Applicants should have the relevant management experience of working with an older client group, and have a proven track record of providing excellent standards, managing staff, dealing with Care Commission Inspections and grading. SVQ4 would be a benefit but not essential as training will be given.The successful candidate should also have experience of working within the NHS, and be familiar with paperwork used in this environment.The home has a total of 80 in beds some contracted to NHS. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be able to liaise with confidence with all grades and disciplines of staff.The ability to provide the highest standards of care for the elderly is essential.
