Job Description

Our client is currently looking for experienced insolvency administrator and senior insolvency administrator to join their dedicated recovery team. You will be managing and controlling a portfolio of personal insolvency cases ensuring that all statutory requirements are met in a timely manner while delivering a high level of customer service.

Main duties will include:

  • €¢ Manage a portfolio of cases covering a variety of products whilst demonstrating technical skills on a variety of cases

  • €¢ Works closely with and assists other team members to ensure workflow is fluid and tasks are completed in order to meet required deadlines/targets and to meet business performance indicators.

  • €¢ Prepare account circulars in line with statutory timescales and liaise with Business Support Teams

  • €¢ Ensure internal systems are updated promptly to ensure the relevant management information required is accurate and to allow Manager and appointed Insolvency Practitioner sufficient information to monitor individual case.

  • €¢ Provide Manager with updates on a daily basis whilst highlighting any areas of concern or potential issues that may arise and liaise with Business Support team to ensure delegated/assigned tasks are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner to ensure smooth progression of cases.

Ideal candidate must have:

  • €¢ Previous experience of insolvency and some exposure to administrations

  • €¢ The ability of running cases with little or no supervision.

  • €¢ Strong communication skills and be able to convey an understanding on the difficult circumstance that is taking place
