Job Description

I am currently fortunate enough to be recruiting for a Swedish Contracts and Tender Administrator who has the ability to plan and organise work to be done, create and manage small project plans and organise work to meet required timelines. You will ensures that you have a clear understanding of all of the activities included in the role and impact of those activities . You must be able to work in teams and independently, be able to use your initiative, be proactive and require minimum guidance/management.

Salary: up to £22000 Hours: 0900 – 1730 – Monday to Friday Job Title: Contracts and Tender Administrator

Skills required: Prefer 1+ years document experience.
Ensure all critical tight deadlines are met including overtime and week-end work to finalize work to a high standard Ability to multi task and good time management skills.
Good inter-personal skills required to liaise effectively with other staff and team members from all areas of the business. Thoroughness and attention to detail. Desire to create very high-quality, professional looking results (documents). Very good verbal and written communication skills Experience of creating good quality slide presentations. Good creativity skills. Helpful to have good design skills . An ability to identify problems and resolve as appropriate. Ability to work under pressure, against tight deadlines and juggle 2 projects at the same time. Excellent knowledge of required local language Enjoy writing. Able to review content written by others and able to correct content for grammar and spelling mistakes . Intermediate User of MS Word. Creating, managing, updating and manipulating a large document (100+ pages). Good use of styles, fonts, formatting. Experience of creating good quality slide presentations.

PC Skills: Advanced user of Word Intermediate User of PowerPoint Intermediate User of MS Excel Knowledge of Visio office 2007
