PARALEGAL WITH ENGLISH LAW EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A LEADING LEGAL PRACTICE IN GLASGOW CITY CENTRE, SALARY £20,000

Are you an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in English law and debt recovery experience?

Are you a professional team player looking for a new challenge?

Working in the heart of Glasgow city centre you will be responsible for coordinating the administration and legal processes associated with English debt recovery cases. The main responsibilities of this role will be

Administering the court processes: draft proceedings, complete forms to serve on the debtor, liase with local agents to attend hearings etc Coordinating the process leading to court Corresponding with the client and debtor throughout the debt recovery process Updating the caseplan database system Carrying out all forms of enforcement for the client Ensuring all documentation is scanned Preparing reports
