Stratec are currently recruiting for an Experienced B2B Telesales Executive.

This is a New Business B2B Telesales role and will be based in our clients office in the East of Glasgow, their office being between City Centre and North Lanarkshire. Your role will be to bring on new business while dealing with your existing accounts throughout the entire sales cycle, maximising on all possible sales opportunities. You will be expected to source your own leads, make the initial contact and present the full range of products to the prospects to decision makers.

To start with the role will be on a temporary basis, week to week, with full time hours. It could then lead to a full time position with the company if you prove yourself to them, as they are ideally looking for someone career minded who wants to rebuild their career with them in B2B Sales. The reason it is temporary to start with is to check your suitability and motivation for the role, and see how well you adapt to the industry, and it also gives you the chance to assess it yourself and see if it is something you would want to commit to long term. The temporary hourly rate will be somewhere between £7 and £8, and if you were to then move onto a permanent contract, your salary would be between £15,000 - £18,000, with a fantastic uncapped commission structure in place also.
