Job Description
FINANCIAL SERVICES CUSTOMER ADVISORS
Location: Glasgow City Centre (easily accessible by public transport)
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm
Salary: £8p/h, weekly pay
Contract: Ongoing temporary contract
Start Date: ASAP
The Position:
You will be responsible for opening new Sharedeal, Market Master and ISA accounts over the phone and assisting clients with the additional paperwork to maximise the conversion rates on fully opened accounts.
Skills & Experience:
Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with customers at all levels.
Must have experience following financial service compliance.
Financial service contact centre experience essential.
Broad understanding of the financial service industry and its product types including ISA' s, Pep' s and Unit Trusts.
A working knowledge of regulation and governance relating to investments and stockbroking.
Confidence in handling pressurised situations including complaints.
