Night Hygiene Manager required to join a successful food manufacturing Business in Glasgow, Scotland.
Reporting to the technical Manager you will be responsible for leading the activity of a hygiene team on a night shift to meet the agreed hygiene standards through the completion of daily cleaning schedules.
You will work closely with the Technical and Production teams to identify opportunities for cost production and performance improvement with regards to quality and hygiene.
This is a Night Shift role and the hours will be Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am with a negotiable salary depending on experience.
We would like to hear from applicants with previous Hygiene Management experience within a food production facility. You will need to have a working knowledge of HACCP and COSH and hold excellent communication skills.
