PART TIME CUSTOMER ADVISOR, ANNIESLAND BASED, 30 HOURS PER WEEK, £11,332
Do you have previous experience within a customer service environment dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone?
Do you have experience within a sales environment and feel comfortable selling directly to customers?
Are you willing to commit to 30 hours per week on a permanent basis?

Our client a leading building society based in the Anniesland area of the city is seeking an experienced Customer Advisor on a permanent basis. The main duties on this role will be
Ensuring that customers are provided with the highest levels of service at all times
Listening to customers in order to understand their needs and recommend suitable financial products
Processing transactions and cash handling
Dealing with incoming mail
Servicing ATM' s and performing backup where required
Applicants for this role must have the following qualities and experience
Previous experience within in sales and customer service environment
Confident dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
Excellent PC skills
A good team player with a positive attitude
The hours of work are 30 hours per week between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. In addition to this Saturday working is required on a rotational basis.
