£13298- £13696 (After 6 months) + BONUS
Glasgow City Centre
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3 days 9-5pm + 2 days 12-8pm.
We currently require talented individuals to work for a well known organisation in Glasgow City Centre. This is a permanent opportunity for the career minded.
Your duties will involve contacting customers that have failed to repay their debt and have not been in touch to set up a payment plan. You would be required to get in contact with the customers and arrange for the debt to be repaid back. If you are unable to locate the customer, you would be required to trace the customer through other means available.

To be successful for this role, you must have at least 6 months call centre experience, and have experience working to targets. You must also have excellent negotiation and questioning skills for this role.
