    Job Description : A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our commercial sector for Part Time Customer Sales Representatives. These are permanent vacancies starting 12th January 2009.

    Our client is a large banking corporation offering integrated banking services to their customers by telephone, mobile phone and internet. They are looking for outstanding candidates with excellent customer service experience to join their team. Your role will be a mix of sales and service.

    Job Title : Customer Sales Representatives

    Location : Blantyre

    Hours of Work specific to this assignment :
    • Part Time shift patterns available – 16 hours per week

    1st shift pattern
    Monday, Tuesday 8am – 12pm & Thursday, Friday 4pm – 8pm

    2nd shift pattern
    Monday, Tuesday 8am – 12pm & Thursday, Saturday 4pm – 8pm


    Pay rate : £16,008 - £17,900 pro rata + Bonus + Excellent Sales Incentives


    Tasks :
    • Delivering first class customers service
    • Dealing with everyday requests and queries including paying bills, transferring money, credit cards or buying foreign currency
    • Discussing different banking products and services
    • Upselling and cross selling on every call
    • Work closely with a team
    • Reach set targets
    • Sell the right products to the right people, using your personality
    • Take part in fun activities

    Requirements :
    • Banking experience is not essential - Training will be provided
    • Customer service experience is essential
    • Friendly telephone manner
    • Ability to use own initiative
    • Basic PC ability
    • Driving license due to location & Limited transport links
    • Undertake a credit check

    Equipment used :

    • Telephone system

    Full induction will be given at the start of the first shift which will involve H&S, site rules, client requirements, training and paperwork.

    Experience of the above equipment is essential as is the correct licence to do so if relevant. Shift details may vary from the above where your client contact will update on your commencement of shift.
