With recent changes in the market, this civil contractor is currently seeking to recruit an experience Senior Quantity Surveyor from a civil background for the Glasgow office. The individual will be joining an existing team to work on ongoing contracts within the housing and social housing sectors.
Responsibilities will include:
Produce and agreeing monthly valuations
Sub-contractor payments
Valuation reconciliations
Producing monthly Profit and loss reports
The ideal candidate will have a qualified or progressing toward qualified status (MInstCES/RICS) and have a track record demonstrating drive and passion to succeed in a competitive market place. The position is for an immediate start.
