Following a decision by one of the fortune 500 companies (ranked top 15 in 2007) to select a new outsource partner to manage their Teleweb contact centre in the UK, my client were selected from a shortlist of Global outsourcers as the preferred partner for this key business function.
My client is required to manage the operation as an “in source” model within this blue chip organisations own business premises using their existing technology.

Role: Project Analyst
Salary: £21000 - £24000
Hours: 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday
Definition
As Project Analyst you will work as a team member on a number of business change & improvement projects. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, conducting feasibility studies, time and motion analysis and examining business processes as required by the project leader to identify how processes can be improved. The project analyst will use specific tools at different points within a project for example a flow chart may be used to help understand a process and a cause and effect diagram may be used to analyse the root cause of problems.
Responsibilities
• To gather project requirements, map processes, conduct feasibility studies and perform time and motion analysis
• To facilitate workshops utilising facilitation tools and techniques to ensure employee engagement
• Create and maintain useful and meaningful process documentation
• Identify, track and report upon relevant measures throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce reports on findings to management to aid decision making.
• Assist with adhoc TCE surveys to gather voice of the customer feedback
• Support the project leader by capturing risks, issues & actions as required
• Assist the project leader with lessons learned reporting and project documentation
• Support the project communication plan
• Assist with any other hands-on work required to ensure project success
• Support a culture of continuous improvement
• Participate in internal auditing and ensure best practice is followed
• Ensure that high work standards are maintained at all times
Knowledge
• Knowledge of project methodologies and continuous improvement tools and techniques would be a distinct advantage
• Must have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• May have worked with Six Sigma or Prince 2 methodology
• Degree level education or equivalent is desirable with practical experience in a similar sales or customer interaction centre environments
Internal / External Relationships
• Works directly for the Change and Improvement Manager
• Works with the UK and EMEA CRM
• Will work with members of the Teleweb SMT
• Will work with Teleweb MI analyst and Project Coordinator to achieve project success
• Has a relationship with teams throughout the organisation
• Has a relationship with Business Group Teleweb contacts
Job
• Proven success in analysis, business process mapping and team facilitation in a B2B, IT or sales environment
• Can demonstrates measurable success and strong people skills
• Ability to establish and maintain personal credibility with the entire Teleweb community, as well as Business Groups and Sales / Marketing
• The ability to quickly review the impact of change and build on improvements
• Can work autonomously, is self motivated and looks to exceed expectations
