THE ROLE
Customer Service and Sales Representative
The purpose of the role is to provide outstanding customer service and maximise sales / cross selling opportunities. You will be handling inbound new business calls and dealing with a variety of enquiries ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times. You will have set sales targets and objectives to achieve for which you will be rewarded with a fantastic benefits package and excellent continuous training and development.
THE COMPANY
Our client is a UK leader in the provision of a variety of financial services.
EXPERIENCE
Previous customer service experience coupled with the drive to work towards targets is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
LOCATION: Glasgow City Centre
SALARY:£12,000 to £14,000 dependant on experience
HOURS:35 Hours per week - 5 days over 7 on a rotational shift pattern
