Volt Europe are recruiting for a German Speaking Helpdesk Analyst to work for a large IT company based in Inchinnan.
Main duties will include:
Respond to user queries received via telephone and email
Resolve where necessary or escalate to 2nd or 3rd line
Resolve incidents assigned to the Helpdesk
Install and support all local supported software
Troubleshoot networks and LAN issues
Development and distribution of procedures for resolving incidents
Essential skills:
Fluency in both English and German
Good Helpdesk/Desktop support experience - working across multiple operating systems
Good Software and Hardware experience
