Job Description

Hours - Monday to Friday 0900 -1730 Salary - £16000 - £21500 with £21500 ote Language - Belgian Flemish Company - Blue chip organisation Gym and canteen on site - Also on site car parking Job Title - Software inside Sales Support

Job Purpose:

To maximise Software revenue potential by continually developing the company market exposure and presence in Strategic Accounts and supporting Field based activities.

Key Result Areas:

• €¢Will contribute to the achievement of a team target

• €¢Will support Field Sales teams in developing Strategic Accounts by: oAccount Mapping oIdentification of new contacts and business opportunities oHigh Level Appointment setting oQuote and Proposal Generation oHandle full sales cycle on low end opportunities oKeep corporate database up to date oDay to day customer account management activities oFollow up and qualify incoming leads

Dimensions:

• €¢Meet team goals as well as quarterly personal objectives as set by Team Leader

• €¢Ensure customer satisfaction

Education / Experience:

• €¢Native Belgian (Flemish) Language Speaker with fluent English

• €¢Previous experience of working in an automated sales office

• €¢Has worked to agreed Service Levels and can demonstrate effective time management skills

Professional / Technical Skills:

• €¢Able to demonstrate basic sales skills as well as strong sales potential

• €¢Able to demonstrate written and oral skills within a customer environment

• €¢Ideally will have some knowledge of IT, particularly within the software field

• €¢Must be able to participate to business planning sessions in the territory that they are responsible for
