Our client is a rapidly expanding contractor specialising in cleanroom construction and associated services, operating in Hi-Technology Sectors within UK and Overseas. Due totheir continued success and having recently been awarded several prestigious contracts,they have an immediate requirement for a M & E Quantity Surveyor.
Candidates must have an enthusiastic, proactive approach and be capable of working on their own initiative. Responsibilities will include procurement of sub-contractors, management of sub-contract accounts, costing client variations, preparing monthly interim valuations, final accounting, financial reporting and forecasting.
An element of travel will be required although the successful candidate will be predominantly based inEast Kilbride.Successful candidates will have the opportunity of joining a highly motivated team and building a long term career. Salary and benefits highly competitive.
